Being a technician is a great. You're basically getting paid to press the big "do not press" buttons, break things (on purpose), spend time to fix them again, and doing so all under the guise of research and professional development. It’s a dream job for anyone who loves engaging with multiple creative processes, diving in and out of creative chaos, and swapping ideas with equally curious students and colleagues alike.
